Crown Coast Property Group was founded in 2011 by partners Spencer Simons and Peter Leuzzi to specialise in the investment and development of regeneration areas.

The core business was centred on land acquisition and building for future developments for both affordable and private housing, mixed-use projects and residential developments.

Geographically, our focus is on London and the South East, and we actively look for exciting new development and investment opportunities including consented sites for mixed-use and residential, pubs, land with or without consent, dilapidated property and tenanted or vacant commercial and industrial property.

Crown Coast is well-funded and our team of advisors, consultants, land managers and surveyors are experienced throughout the development cycle. This allows us to maximise the potential of development projects and to add value through the planning, design and development process.

The Crown Coast Team

Spencer Simons - Director

Founding director Spencer specialises in acquisition, sales and lettings as well as overseeing the day-to-day management of the offices. Prior to Crown Coast, Spencer worked for a Docklands-based property company acquiring land for large scale social housing projects.

Married with three children, Spencer loves nothing more than watching his beloved Spurs win, soaking up the sun and spending time with his family.

Peter Leuzzi – Director

Alongside Spencer, Peter is a founding director of Crown Coast and his role takes in acquisitions, planning and project management. Before Crown Coast, he has worked as a Land Buyer and also as a Planning Officer at several London boroughs.

Peter is married with two children and two chocolate Labradors and is most certainly ‘outdoorsy’, passionate as he is about surfing, skiing and putting mind and body on the line in endurance events.

Jonathan Myers - Acquisitions

Jonathan has been with Crown Coast since 2016 and is responsible for securing acquisitions for the company, identifying development opportunities and handling negotiations with property owners. Prior to Crown Coast, he worked with one of the directors in a similar role as well as managing the sales team of a well known residential estate agency.

Outside of work Jonathan enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, watching Tottenham Hotspur, travelling and keeping fit.

Larissa Moss – Financial Controller

Larissa joined Crown Coast in 2011 and her role takes in company accounts and VAT, financial analysis, balancing cash flow and organising invoices and payments to and from suppliers and stakeholders. She also assists in the complex land search process. Researching specific areas and properties for future development potential as well as providing assistance to the firm’s directors. Prior to Crown Coast she has worked with one of the directors since 2007.

Larissa is married with two daughters  and a has Cavapoo who completes her family life.

Louise Miller – Executive Assistant

Louise has been with Crown Coast since 2011 and takes in an all-encompassing role that takes in accounting, office management and special projects. She did a similar role at earlier companies including a property company and architectural practice.

Louise loves going on holiday with her family as well as being an accomplished cook and baker.
